6-Month Fixed-Term – Full-Time

Do you enjoy building positive relationships with clients and being their go-to contact?

Are you someone who stays organised, even when juggling multiple tasks?

You’ll support the Customer Account team in managing client relationships and ensuring orders are processed smoothly from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing…

• Assist with managing customer accounts and day-to-day queries.

• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Help process sample requests and production orders.

• Support communication between customers, operations, and warehouse teams.

• Assist with preparing shipping documentation.

• Monitor order progress and help keep customers updated.

• Maintain accurate records and customer information.

• Support administrative tasks including reporting and invoicing.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have…

• Experience in customer service, admin, retail or office environments.

• Exposure to order processing or stock systems.

• Knowledge or experience using Dynamics 365 or similar systems.
