What you’ll be doing…

You’ll be the primary point of contact for a set of client accounts, ensuring smooth, accurate and efficient handling of sample requests and service delivery.

• Managing assigned client accounts, building productive and trusted relationships.

• Delivering excellent customer service by responding quickly to queries and anticipating client needs.

• Processing sample requests and production orders using internal IT systems.

• Liaising with clients to provide updates, resolve issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.

• Coordinating with Operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.

• Preparing client documentation such as shipping paperwork, Certificate of Analysis (CoAs) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

• Monitoring and reporting on client back orders.

• Maintaining accurate records and updating Service Level Agreements (SLAs), instructions and specifications.

• Taking part in month-end duties including reporting and invoicing.

• Identifying opportunities to enhance workflows and support continuous improvement.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

• Experience in account management.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have…

• Familiarity with stock and order management systems.

• Experience in the chemical, manufacturing or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).

• Knowledge or experience using Dynamics 365.
