Banner Chemicals are looking for a Chemical Operative to join our friendly and dynamic team based in Middlesbrough.

What you’ll be doing…

Reporting to the Area Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering finished goods from the production line to the warehouse efficiently as per the site procedures

• and production schedules.

• Assisting in the manufacture, packing labelling and despatch of products and blends.

• Handling of empty packaging and hazardous/non-hazardous product in the form of bulk tankers and packed

• goods.

• The loading and offloading of road Tankers and HGV’s

• Ensuring daily KPI’s are met, and any production issues are reported to your Area Leader.

• Identifying and suggesting opportunities for improvements across the site

Your background…

Must have…

• Experience working in the chemical industry with a good knowledge of Safe Working Practices

• The ability to work on your own or as part of a team following safe operating procedures.

Nice to have…

• Counter- Balance Forklift Truck Licence.

• Having a good knowledge of filling equipment such as flow meters, filling machines. Various pumps.
